$750 per commercial plan review (up to 25,000 SF)
$250 + $0.50 Per SF commercial plan review (<25,000 SF)
$100 per residential single trade only plan review
$350 per commercial single trade only plan review
$150/hr Technical Consulting Services (includes interpretations)
$75/hr Non-Technical Consulting Services

Plan review fees include resubmittals and trades added after submittal.
